All of us daydream but our daydreams may not always be positive. They may be a combination in our private life that may be happy or unhappy.

Getting lost in thought can sometimes be one of the most peaceful or needed experiences. Take a journey with me and see.

Sometimes I think of death,
not in a morbid way, but it’s
almost as if I daydream about
what it will feel like to be only
a memory, an image trapped
in a photograph tucked in a
wallet, or maybe under a pillow.

Daydreaming…

Reality is always here, but it is ok to occasionally let the mind slip into a session of daydreaming. Many think daydreams are just an excuse for laziness, but daydreams can also be therapeutic. Daydreams can bring a smile to our faces. Daydreams can be relaxing. Daydreams can help relieve stress. So, go ahead – go daydream. Reality will be waiting when you come back…Below is a little story about a trip to daydream land and then back to reality.

This is a poetic description of the plan I have in my head; long term though it may be.

Every once in a while I get what I call a "snippet" for a short story… and this is one of them. It’s not long at all, but I think it’s actually pretty good; it’s about a man and a woman. I’m sure there’s a longer story there I just wouldn’t know how to begin or end it lol.

This poem is about me wrestling with that little devil that lives on my shoulder.
