Recently I was told that my poetry reminds people of Edger Alan Poes’ work. This is good because for the longest time, I’ve been wanting it to be that way. Poe is my favorite author and I want to be as great as he was. You know, minus the dying broke, and marrying his cousin, and having every major women in his life die from tuberculosis. But other than that, I want to be just like him!
