Continue ReadingMy Family has hunted white tail deer for many generations here in Northern Michigan and it is a kind of family rite of passage. Bringing in the younger Boys and girls into the hunting side of a family function. When they have reached the legal age to hunt. Every year we have done this to help the family to bond together and fill the families freezers with fresh meat for the year. For the most part we would hunt local this would give us an edeg for we new the land vary well and how the winds would travle across it.this is a story about one of my hunts that almost cost me my life.
