Follow him through his life in a journal where he expresses his thoughts in an effort to become, "As pure as the spirits."

Continue ReadingFor years I have kept journals and diaries, most of which end up going through my shredder (those vents that I wrote in moments of frustration or anger, times of sorrow anbd bitterness now behind me that I need not dwell on) at a later date, though some pages I have kept, reminders, sage bits of wisdom from lessons learned, special times and memories I enjoy looking back on. It is all good therapy, serves a purpose for a time…these footnotes of my life.
