This is from a recent experience of mine. I am sure mothers all over the world will agree with me on this.

There goes my bell!!!

The beginning of a whole, new lifestyle was marked by the presence of a Japanese sentry, shadowing the occupants of the bungalow and exercising his prerogative with abrupt orders and oppressive commands.

Rose felt more secure now that Chang wasn’t around any more to harass her. It was time to take her relationship with Maung Ba more seriously and thought that the time was ripe enough to do so. At this time, the Japanese invaded Malaysia in the Pacific, causing alarm and a great deal of anxiety.

A scary short story written by me. Also partially a cliffhanger. Note that this story is purely fictional.

Being bored to death may not be so boring.
