This poem is about an acquaintance I really got to know lately.

She is a dreamer. She is often found within her own inner world, occasionally singing softly and smiling to herself. Both of us are very different people, yet because of our similarities and perhaps, also because of God’s beautiful planning, we began opening up to each other and share with each other how we first got to know Christ… and the story of how she first fell in love with Christ captivated me.

It was then when I finally understood those moment when she smiles dreamily and mesmerizingly to herself – in moments when she quietly spends her time with God, basking under and enjoying His abundant love and intimacy, just like how she first fell head over heels over Him. It was then when I suddenly noticed that she has a exceptionally beautiful smile, and there was actually a reason behind it.

…And that was how I first got inspired to write this poem.
