It is so tough to wake up in a cold morning. As a matter of fact, even the sun who has to wake up the world refuses to get out of his bed!

You have to get up early to have your breakfast. It is better to have at least three meals a day. If you do not wake up early you can miss your breakfast and that is not good for health.
