Temporarily vanishing… but I should be back!

I wrote this poem and it was about myself comparing myself to another person whom said he was a man, he lies and he cheated and he committed adultery many times, he never worked, and he stole and robbed, and he always his from other men when they were in his path.

There is a man,

I have come to know,

Who has put a spring in my step

And made the fi res with-in me glow.

No promises of love

No commitment to my soul

Only words of caring

Filled with no hope of a lifetime of sharing.

I know a man

So fi ne and true

He is so warm

And compassionate to

He loves me

This I can tell

He makes me so happy.

My heart is spinning

Lovers of a dream

Turning colors

So it seems…

My world is changing

Covers of my mind

Turning pages

So it’s seeming…

Love Birds

It’s a beautiful start to

a wonderful new day. The

sky is fi lled with blue. Two

lovebirds nestled close in

their lofty bed of twigs.

Love Carries On

Wising,

Hoping,

Wondering,

Could this be the one?

Sharing,

Caring,

Reaching out,

Confused as I am, I

Sit here dreaming of a someday.

Not knowing how far

His feelings of love extend,

I sit staring, wishing on some long-off star.

Could I, will I, be the one to whom

He will send his love?
