An Article about Going Green.

One of the most loving mammals we have is being wiped out so that fishermen can make a profit. They take from the sea morethan they need and charge more than the should. Lust and greed drive them and the world loses yet another species.

Just a simple rhyme with an important meaning. We don’t need electricity to have fun. Get out the ol’ monopoly or scrabble. Have a candle light dinner. Protect the environment.

Facts about the ozone and our affect on it in the next decade.

If we dont start now then who will be here when we are gone ,our children depend on us.

Why does man destroy his home,in which he knows his children will live someday.

What will happen if we don’t wise up.

From dirt to towers. From forestry to factory. From hunting with a spear to hunting in the store.

I lived in a place called Walkamin and was inspired by the wattle. Sadly, most of the trees were cut down for housing and farming. I wrote this poem when I was about 12 years old.
