A poem from my volume "Legacy."

I can still remember/ the years gone by.

Cherish every moment/ for as time flies by,

Here is yet another of my poetic stream of consciousness pieces derived from a poetic comment I left at another friend’s poem. I took that comment of mine as a seed, and expanded it into this now fully bloomed piece, illustrated with my art.

We were destined to last for just a very short time.

I was elated at what I saw in the pond, but it was only short lived.

Pulsing intensity from dreamy love state to wild hate conflicting feelings, the need to protect, the need to free from fate.

About chatting on the internet.

It was a moment, profound in its ephemeral nature.
