Today, knowing what I know and the experiences of the past three years, would I have said Yes? Yes, he pushed me from the moving car deliberately in an attempt to kill me. I think that would have been easier to live with than the fear and pain I face daily. Had I said he pushed me, I would have been able to escape sooner than thirtenn months and the chances for prosecuting him would have been greater rendering him unable to continuie victimizing. I was not his first victim. He has had so many other victims across the country that I know about both by his own admissions and those that came forward– in North Carolina, California, Alaska, Florida, on open waters, in the air — all unable to successfully prosecute him. I do want to be his last victim.

This poem describes the real nature of love and how it should be seen. Beyond the human notion always appears something which is far greater than man himself. Thus if we could visualize love in this respect, then, the world could be a better place.

Its something I started writing in a time of high disappointments(), resulting from fruitless efforts, the feeling of being excessively useless or even uselessly excessive, and left it at that…. I added the last four verses only a month back, with a somewhat differnt set of mind as when I started it..

Life through my eyes.

We stand on top of the mountain,
to the world we shout…………..

Life is precious.

Sometimes we ask ourselves where we are going in life and begin to examine where we have been, mistakes we may have made…
that’s around the lines of what this poem represents.

Failures and regrets are not something you should want to hold onto.
