This poem describes my inner voice…

There is nothing more discouraging than to spend hours in the yard, working to make your plants healthy and hearty, and then waking up to find that bugs are destroying your work. Pesticides may not be an option for people who do not want to be eating produce covered with toxins, or put their pets at risk for poisoning. Here is an option.

My kitties and puppies are being boarded for the duration of the emergency construction. But they left behind a legacy that is hard to ignore.

A chance meeting on a woodland walk brings together two wanderers. They talk and later share a meal. It is a golden moment that is to change both their lives.

Two insects, both at the lower order of our preference, can’t just get along.

Fleas are some of the hardest creatures to get rid of. They multiply quickly if not treated properly. We love our pets and want to keep them, but we could live without the fleas. If you only have fleas on your pet, you can solve the problem with dish detergent before they take over your home. If the fleas have already invaded and taken up your home, you may need more help than dish detergent. I would suggest a spray made to kill them & their larvae purchased at a hardware store. I’ve had to use it and it’s pricey, but works in only a couple of treatments. It’s simple and non-hazardous. If the fleas are only on your pet & occasionally you, this will do the trick!
