Too often we may find that we are beating our self down over past mistakes, fasilures, bad things that once happened, a gray cloud hanging over us and stalling our way to future happiness. Carrying all our yesterdays around like a burden on our back will never undo or change one thing…all it does is keep us from moving onward and upward to higher ground.

Forgiving can stop the effects of emotional poison.

A Song / Poem that is deminted on not forgiving those who hurt other people repeatedly and then ask for forgiveness and then do it some more. This couldn’t be more simpler than that.
