Paris is in the Northern part of Europe. You meet many people there. Anyone can see you there probably that is why the Convention of Vienna was ratified in French and that it is the language of diplomacy.

A New Year comes and probably another year of hope and existence. The figure eleven has to be looked at carefully. Eleven comes before twelve therefore it reminds us of the twelve apostles and the tragic accident of the Titanic.
