Limerick.

Describes the atomic bomb dropped by Enola Gay in World War II. This affected many Japanese civilians and still does till this day.

This is a poem I wrote (obviously) with a meaning very close to me. I’ve been trying to get the message of this poem out for a long time now, and this poem wasn’t easy to write. I believe this poem can speak to anybody, not just those who it targets. Even though a writer is not supposed to like any of his/her works, I would say it is one of my proudest poems to see on paper.
