The state of Georgia is like the province of Quebec in Canada. These last state and province are the coldest in the world. The capital city for Georgia is Atlanta and the capital city for Quebec is Quebec city. Georgia is in the south and is known for the plantation of peanuts and Quebec is known for the Maple leaf trees.
