The boulevard glistened in the sombre dusk twilight, the street lamps hadn’t quite switched themselves to on.

She drinks black coffee in the morning and that’s what stains her teeth.

I say good evening to you dear.

It’s hard not to long for sleep when you know you’ll dream of the person you love.

I can’t wish for my wish to come true “cause all I want is a wish I really don”t own.

This is a poem that heartily wishes a sweetheart a beuatiful night.

To bed, to bed Is what Mom said. I can’t, I shan’t, I’ll bump my head.

I love my wife very much. I always like to show her in some way even if it’s through poetry. I like to mention our daughter, Grace, in some of the things I write. Grace was three at the time I wrote this in 2007.

And it is more than you deserve.
