I wrote this poem after attending a get together of Intellectually Handicapped Children. I felt so moved by the experience, and found that the experience for me on a personal level was nearly heart breaking. To see these poor people suffering is hard, to see that some of them have no idea what’s going on in life is even harder it’s truly a moving experience.
