The anger that enveloped me when I was writing this was almost oo much to bear.. I HAD to get it on paper or I was going to explode. As the poem indicates, writing is my only outlet, these days.

There are situations difficult to look at. That happens when you are very sensitive. You know that hatred and violence are the same thing.
