This is a Poem I wrote dealing with my separation from my husband. It was a very hard time and this was what I was feeling at the time.

This was the man whom she had made love with such a passion as she had never know before and never known since, and this was the man who made her feel like she was flying on air every time he made love to her.

My Refuge describes a person that thrives at night or in the dark because they feel hidden from the world. They feel safe in this dark existence because they haven’t allowed themselves to really be seen for who they are.

Take a walk in the peaceful mountains. Let the wind refresh your thoughts and the sun renew your soul. As you think of all that ever happened in this life, remember your lost loved ones most of all. They will always be a part of you and in due time they will return to guide you home again to gently flowing streams.
