The Lord of the Rings epic fantasy trilogy by noted author J.R.R. Tolkien has had a wide influence over the years. It has influenced not only literature and writers, but the very cultures of the world. Each book in the trilogy offers something different for readers, but also for writers, including this book, the second, The Two Towers.

J.R.R. Tolkien has had a major influence on most fantasy writers over the last century. But it is The Fellowship of the Ring that has had the most influence of all Tolkien’s works on this author.
