A Love Poem, For tonight it will be just you and I.

People who don’t give up on their dreams.

Something I wrote in class.

The breakdown of love.

The relationship has long ended, these false pretenses in which we lie…in shadows afraid that someone is much better then no one at all.

This is a poem about refusing to let go of the past. The past could be a person, place, or thing.

A poem about a love that is forever, and remembering that through everything.

It’s a process.
