Catchy Abstract Poem Everyone Should Read At Least Once.

HUMANITY.

We say we are individual, and maybe we are, but very few people will know this. Unless they take the time to know you by talking to you, they’ll ask someone else about you. So technically someone else is making you, and not really yourself. Interesting concept I think.

There was a writing contest at my school and the theme was to write on Freedom. So I did so. I got an honorable mention for my poem, though I think I deserved better.

I was writing a novel on the paranormal when I wrote this. Just the main character’s views on humanity. Sadly my computer crashed before I was able to back it up and I lost all the work I had on this, so it’s likely I won’t continue with the story. BUT a good poem came out of it.

If I where to show the world my true shape and true color of my heart. I am sure the world would still look at me, the same. Just a person without feelings. When I do have feelings.

The pure facts with only truth that a world refuses to hear, yet because our creator gave us all a subconscious mind that absorbs and retains what we felt was worthless, God is making available to a world what they will all need to know when facing panic with no way of escape regardless of their current beliefs whether atheist or worshiper of the devil.
