This is a Poem I wrote dealing with my separation from my husband. It was a very hard time and this was what I was feeling at the time.

Is there harm done if we hide our pain. Does it later come to hurt us? Are we creating little people inside us that are hurt and lonely? Especially with the huge pains?

The truth comes out.

Not a very good piece of work, but how I feel at the moment.
