I need to get out of this state of mind; I am face to face with all of my imperfections as I realize that I am not a good person.

This girl who once had my heart took it, threw it down, and walked away. But what’s funny is she still has my heart, and I’m finding it hard to move on. I have never found it so hard to move on from a relationship. But I know this one was real. And that is what pains me most, because I don’t think that she understands that. Maybe she wasn’t real, maybe she didn’t think of it the same way. I just know that I was trying to be the best I could and obviously it wasn’t good enough.

The reason I wrote this is very self evident in the poem.

Being ignored by someone you care for is the worst feeling ever.

A fictional story about one old woman’s final revenge. She would teach her children and grandchildren the price of ignoring her for so many years.
