I miss my friends on Triond. We have been together so long, you seem like my good neighbors. I hope to be back with you soon to take up where I left off. I’m dipping my toes in the water for the last few days but it will still be awhile before I get into full swing. Before long I hope to be reading your articles and leaving comments. In the meantime I haven’t forgotten you.

Years ago, I suffered from an Anxiety disorder. I developed a fear of bees, that would paralyze me. I am better know… but this depicts those times.

Be aware of the hazards before you do not take your health for granted.

A pretty random poem for me. This was recently written (@ the end of 2011) These were just current thoughts about my fathers past addiction. He took a long rough road but I am happy to say he is five years sober. I could never thank him enough for the lesson he taught me through his experience.

This poem I remember writing quite well, and was happy to find it in a file folder as I was unpacking today. This poem recounts an actual event. My oldest son — the boy in the story — was terribly angry with me for making it into a song, so I bring this to you at great risk. I sincerely hope that passage of years and having a child of his own will let him see the humor of the situation.

Having the flu drains so much energy. I just wish it would go away (Haiku).
