I find that we tend to blame society for the loss of our inner child, but I personally feel we have more of a hand in our rejection of our childish ways then we tend to admit.

I had to grow up very quickly. Orphaned at 16, abandoned and betrayed at 18, followed by years of self-destructive behaviour, I am now finally finding myself after experiencing the biggest betrayal of all just 14 months ago. This is my journey.
