Look for people who can understand you. Ask for their advice. Call your best friends and discuss this matter with them. Research your options carefully, and write down all the solutions you’ll find. As a result of your extensive research, you’ll find that you certainly collected a lot of information and feel overwhelmed. Therefore, start deleting from your list all the solutions you dislike, or the solutions you feel you won’t be able to put into practice.
