Sometimes we would rather just flee at the first sign of insecurity in a new relationship. We may find it easier to do so than to stay and give it time to grow. We neither have the will nor the brevity to to see where it may lead and to give love a fighting chance.

Sometimes… its just the way things are.

This is about how we all hide things from people, how we all have things about ourselves that we do not like. It is about letting someone love you, and letting yourself be completely exposed without fear.

It is my belief that the meaning of all works of art are subject to individuality. While I would love to tell you what my intentions are with each work I do, it means more to me that my pieces make an impact on you. Poem written a few years ago when spent my days consumed with fear.

The way is not always clear.

Looking into myself and the things I kept hiding.
