Each path we take in life may result in either success or failure the challenge is to pick the right one.

My interpretation of John 12: 47-50.

Be the light in a tunnel of darkness.

With all the nonsense about a person knowing the day of God’s judgment, I felt compelled to write this.

"This Dance" is a poem written one day when I was feeling obstinate, acrid, and arbitrarily rebellious. So instead of lashing out at myself and the world by sitting for seventeen hours in a bar getting obnoxiously drunk and maybe even arrested, all as a protest to prove that I was not a boring, bland, and overly compliant conformist (oh yeah THAT will show ‘em!) as I would have done in my drinking days, I wrote this poem. Enjoy!

This pain is eating away at my soul, please, just put me out of my misery.
