I think we all know just how impatient a seven year old child can be, and yes, I am speaking of myself.

What can I say? The writing is at its worst, but at least it provides for good entertainment! ENJOY!

Kitchen in Poetry.

A poem written in response to those men who believe women should still be silent, deferring to the bigger HE of the world. This is my answer to them, or perhaps I should say my rant. Here’s to the insolent women in this world who speak up and refuse to keep silent, and here’s to the men who respect them, are not afraid to share power, learn from them, and listen. This poem was written in recognition of the fact it will take all of our brains and talents to move our world forward, away from the mess it is in.

The art of cooking is an important one. You have to know all food groups. The way you cook is your expression.

A family story.

I wrote this Halloween poem to help cheer up a friend. He works in the kitchen at our shelter.

This is a short story about a teen girl learning that it’s okay to make mistakes, and she won’t be loved any less because of them.
