-dealing with expectations..

There are shows you adhere too and there are shows you feel excluded from. You know that by the clothing of the people who are part of the show. You know also by the level of language.

Oh, God, send your army
headed by the Angel of Death,
with his brazen rod of martial law
to fix twisted things here.

Valedictory Speech I haven’t delivered.

The following poem is timed to coincide with the current famine in parts of Africa:

To become a leader you need to be able to listen to others. This means that you have to get good language knowledge. You have to know how to reflect in private and in public. You must stop other people to step on your boundaries.

He must be deeply immersed in humility, the beauty of the heart and willingness to serve selflessly his family, community and nation.

It is always good to follow great leaders, but even then following blindly would lead to disasters.

It is hard to know what you mean by assertive. History tells us that to be a leader you have to be assertive. Therefore, if you want to be a leader in your own country you have to be assertive.
