Letting go.

This form of poetry is called a pantoum.

Learning to let go can be the hardest thing to do.

When my grandpa was coming to the end of his years he wasn’t the same. Alzheimers ate away at his brain and he sometimes couldn’t even recognize me. It tore me up, but I’m glad he is in a better place now.

I wrote this for my Grandpa when he passed away.

This is about latting go of one of my dearest friends.

I wrote this one when my parents sold my horse. He was my best friend growing up and it ripped my insides out to let him go.
