I made this poem after my boyfriend and I broke up after he got back from training for the national guard. Shortly after he got back he got deployed and I really missed him and wanted to get back together. I wrote this wondering if he felt the same way.

It’s all I have.

Just thinking about my beautiful girl, I just lover her so much, but the time away from her is painful. When I next see her it will be the most joyful reunion.

My offering to Love, to bridge the divide.

A love poem – Sometimes thinking of someone you love makes the long distance seem non-existent and as if the person is right next to you.

Two years ago we fortunately had a new opportunity for a new start
Unfortunate for me all you know how to do is Break your own Heart
You are in-love with pain; your pleasure is pain, I been as patient
And understanding as I can be…I haven’t got time for the Pain, life
Comes with too much pain the day we are born, pain isn’t something
To be desired, Treasured, I wish I could Love pain as you do, I don’t.

A poetry dedicated to all loving people who are tough enough to maintain a long distance relationship and brave enough to follow their heart despite all odds. The intention of the writer in writing this piece is to tansform it into a song that will be interpreted by either Reba McEntire or Taylor Swift..Its my dream to write lyrics and who knows…..
