A poem about the fear of losing your soul mate…

Its a poem about someone who I loved for so long which no one knew about! We knew each other for four years and I was afraid that a day will come when we will drift apart because of life. And yes, this did happen! I rarely see her around! Last time I saw her was back in Dec 4th. and before that on 25th Sep which shocked me then because I hadn’t seen her for over a year.
