There is some thing wrong with me.

A Lost Soul.

This is a short poem that allows another person to reflect about the feeling of being lost either in one way or another. There are so many times in our lives that we feel lost.

A view on life, perhaps.

This is a poem about a young woman who had thought she had found her knight in shining armor only to find out that he had more problems that she could know. She writes about how she feels about herself, her love for him and how even though she could not be the one to help him, how she wishes him all the best. For anyone who has loved someone only to realize you were not meant to be, this poem is for you.

A mother’s despair after losing her family.

Reflections of a Girl with a Broken Wing will be presented to you in installments. These posts will center around random occurrences in my life. I seek to inspire young girls and women to push forward through tumultuous times and know that tomorrow will be a better day. The events that I have endured are one-hundred percent factual.

It’s not clear to me now why I made this poem almost ten years ago… maybe I got it from one of my dreams… I often have weird dreams, you know… yet, this is one of my favorites… I just wish the world can read this…
