Sometimes in life, we’re called upon to do the brutal, dirty work that no one else is able or willing to do. Here at our family’s animal sanctuary, we just did another successful animal rescue mission, and what seems to others to be thankless and pointless work is really quite rewarding!

These were cute but quaint little ways of saying things that were meant to teach us lessons and spare us some of the pain of life. It turns out that Mama’s quotes about life hid a wealth of wisdom.

When somone’s suffering it can destory you just by watching them go through the pain and watching them cry and be sad.
