Have you ever experienced that moment when you’re day-dreaming and staring intently at something, not hearing anyone around you? After zoning out you jump up, run to your guitar, set up your phone to record you and urgently play a song that was floating around in your head. It’s funny how quickly and unexpectedly a tune can come to you and then just disappear, as if it is an image formed by a cloud that you want to capture before the water vapour dissipates. This piece encompasses how suddenly a musician may become inspired to compose.
