It is hard to make a decision. That is why students have to volunteer and work as interns before they get a job. That is why the seniors have to volunteer to pass some of their knowledge to the younger generation.

Role models live to tell the tale of persistence, perseverance and focus as the basis of ultimate success in life. On the other hand, mentors are people who have acquired special skills and have applied them to change their thinking, perception and behavioral role.

Believe- It is a short word but it is meaningful; it sounds easy but it is challenging.
