To my ex-mother-in-law
What have I ever done to you.

Have you ever came contact with someone that never stops causing conflict. They may try to get other’s to do their dirty work or they may find the thins that upset you and use them. These people need a lesson from God. I know a woman like that and I pray that she will stop!

On November 8, 2011, my wife Mary and I flew from Norfolk, Va to Portland, Ore to celebrate my mother-in-law 90th birthday. In her honor, I wrote this poem.

A story of every Indian household. Hiya, a newly married woman is always taunted by her nagging mother-in-law. Both of them misunderstand and hate each other. However, once Hiya comes to know about her mother-in-law’s painful past, everything changes.

Done for my Mother-In-Law for her birthday.

The feature is about the lady who just got married and moves to her mother-in -law’s home, only to upset the in-law by the cockroaches that came with her belongings.

This is not exactly what you’d call a "mother’s day poem"… more like a "mother in law’s poem".
