This is a short story about a women that is trying to survive in a tormented world. She is not ready to give up on humanity just quite yet. However the hope for humanity is diminishing each day as she faces new challenges just to stay alive. Will Lily ever find the peace she longed for was it only a dream. The world had change so drastically sine the end of the twentieth century and nothing would be the same for anyone.
