The story of an old man who remembers his young boy Nightingale…he is happy that his son is now famous and successful and tells all passerby’s his son’s tales. But what hurts him is that the same son he is so proud of has never come back to him the old man only longs for that love of his son Nightingale.

This is a poem that I wrote describing a bird known as a Nightingale. It is a tale about the song that the Nightingale sings and the crowd that gathers each night because of the beautiful tune. The tune causes listeners to experience both sadness and joy. I describe its habitat and create an understanding that the Nightingale has been around for a long time and will be for a long time to come singing his song.
