You really sank to the depths of despair.

There are many painful reminders.

Have you ever feel like someone is watching you?

I close my eyes and need to sleep, yet the noises start to frighten me.

As generations move on, we find saying good-by to our past hard to accept. Announcements are daily of those who we lose and who will be the next in line.

Haunted by nightmares? Confused by recurring dreams? Not to fear….relief regarding dream interpretation is here.

A poem about learning to accept all possibilities, in the midst of fears and depression surrounding OCD. I hope that this poem will be helpful and inspirational for all those who suffer from OCD, like myself.
