Diplomates have to attend receptions for special occasions for example National days or Independence days. Today is the anniversary of the first official immigrants from Norway in 1825 and one name to remember is the one of the Norse explorer Leif Erickson. Norway is a Scandinavian country and the capital city is Oslo.

Frenris, a young norse teenager, has recently run away from his village after the death of his mother. Since he has never known his father there is little to nothing keeping him tied down, and he wants to make his own life far away from the place he grew up in.
