Food is ready is part of the customs in East Africa. Chakura yiko tayari is the Swahili expression to say that food is ready. Swahili is a mixture of Arabic, European, Bantu and European language. The nature is generous and forgiving in Africa that is why you can harvest many fruits from a tree for example and make juices that everybody likes to drink. So, you have to know what are your needs in order to have all your strengths and resistance from head to toe.
