Officers are usually military personnel. The armies ensure there is enough security in a given country or they have to intervene. Therefore, the army has to prevent any disorder by using weapons.

The preamble distinguishes the artisan (painting the smoking lips on the gigantic billboard-ad for cigarettes) from the artist (splattering paint on the police officer watching on the sidewalk).

This is a story build on the facts of my realisaion /experiences in service life as an Officer. This describes ,a little bit, the comforts & combats as to get survive in life for "BUILDING ONE’S OWN FATE" in the worldly Homage.
