We have to be careful with the climate change. Too much heat or too much cold is not good. It is not even the cold that melts the fat in you but it is exercise.

So far there are two types of Olympic games the Winter games every three years and the Summer games every four years. Therefore, one can presume that it is best to practice sports in the summer and in the winter. In the summer you can walk and in the winter you can ski.
