In the play “Othello,” by William Shakespeare, there are two major feminine
figures that attract our attention. These are women with different auras about them and they are; Desdemona the wife of Othello and Emilia the wife of Iago.

Wouldn’t I rather study her… of course I would and I did but I was never really allowed to; don’t they say ignorance is bliss? I was ignorant when it came to love and this girl kept me in the dark forever and when I finally saw the light it was oblivion.
