Poem about rebirth.

(I’ve had a few years, where emotions ran rampant and a lot of turmoil was present, as well as love, in my life. Since that tends to breed creativity I’m re-living those moments in my mind, in order to write a series of works call "The Dark Series". This is Part 4. This one is more of just fantasy.)

A spirit rose from the beacon of fire

Made from the ashes of a dying age,

Upon the prayer of weary herdsmen

In hope of succes green pasture.

A half man half beast rises

With a neck as venomous as a snake,

A hard aged tortoise back

And with a fish’s slippery golden tail,

A mighty phoenix, bird of fire, was its name

Scurrying from creation’s molten well,

He brought the light, the sun, the

Moon and the stars,

He reigned till the power was ours.

The story of one little girl’s journey and the angel who saved her from herself.

The rebirth of the phoenix.

They hated him from the day he was born. Because of them he became a monster, but not anymore. He will show them what he can do and he will stand tall and proud.

Reflecting on some of the situations in today’s world make me wonder what the world would be like if there were no evil in it.
