Continue ReadingPreeclampsia: preeclampsia is a pregnancy complication. Which include high blood pressure that occurs in late pregnancy or shortly after birth. Preeclampsia can make a premature release of the placenta from the uterus (placental abruption) and problems in newborns.
Continue ReadingPregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic pregnancy) occurs when the fertilized egg does not stick in the womb but in a different place in the oviduct (fallopian tube), ovary, cervix or abdominal cavity. When the embryo is attached in the oviduct, the embryo will cause the fallopian tubes to swell or rupture.
Continue ReadingNormally, mucus in the cervix (the lower part of the uterus that opens into the vagina) thickens and can not be broken until just prior to release an egg (ovulation). Then, just before ovulation, the mucus becomes clear and elastic (due to increased estrogen levels). As a result, sperm can move through the mucus into the uterus to the fallopian tubes, where fertilization can occur.
If the mucus did not change at ovulation (usually due to an infection), pregnancy is unlikely, pregnancy is also not possible if the mucus contains sperm antibodies, which kill sperm before they can reach the egg.

Miscarriage (Spontaneous Abortion) is a fetal loss due to natural causes before the pregnancy reaches 20 weeks. The Birth of Death (Stillbirth) is the loss of the fetus because of natural causes during pregnancy reaches more than 20 weeks.
A baby born at any gestational age and direct spontaneous breathing or heart beat, said to be born alive. If then the baby dies, it is said to be the death of the newborn (neonatal deaths).
Hydatidiform mole (Pregnant Wine) is a mass or growth in the uterus that occurs early in pregnancy.
